Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WhatNxt (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the WhatNxt platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring that users in your organization comply with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
• Use the Services to build a competing product

You retain all rights to data you and your organization upload to WhatNxt (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing cycle.

The Services include AI-generated suggestions, summaries, and insights. These outputs are decision-support only — they require human review and are not a substitute for managerial judgment. You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI output.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatNxt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
